Boarding

When you need a place for your hunting dog while you’re away, it stays with people it already knows — the same kennel that’s been training dogs for nearly 20 years.

We board dogs we have trained. That is intentional. Your dog already understands our kennel, our routine, and our people — and we already know how to take care of it.

  • $25 / day standard
  • $45 / day with a farm walk

Standard boarding and the farm walk

Regular boarding is overnight care in an individual run. The farm walk is the exercise option on top of that stay — not a training program.

Overnight care

$25 / day

Regular boarding in an individual commercial-grade run with water and a house. Bring your dog’s food. Kennels are cleaned daily.

Boarding plus exercise

$45 / day

Boarding plus a daily walk around the farm. Same food policy: bring what your dog eats. Choose this when you want extra movement during the stay.

Before drop-off

What to bring

Space is limited. Call to check availability before you travel. Online booking is coming.

  • Vaccine records

Dogs must be current on vaccinations. Bring a copy of shot records at drop-off.

  • Heartworm program

Your dog needs to be on a heartworm program, or dewormed within the last month.

  • Your dog’s food

Food is not included. Bring the food your dog eats. Water is provided in the run.

Separate from training

Boarding is not a training add-on

Boarding is for dogs we have already trained who need a place to stay. Retriever, pointing, obedience, and shed work live on the Training page. Optional add-ons there — conditioning, tracking, and trainer-watched play — apply during a training stay, not a boarding stay.

Known dogs, known people

The same kennel, the same supervision

Your dog is in a commercial-grade run with daily cleaning, under the same professional care that trained it. That routine is the point of boarding here instead of a kennel that has never met your dog.

We were nervous about leaving the newest member of our family with someone else for three months. It was as if we had never been gone. Alex is first class in the field, in the blind, and at heel in the park with no leash.
